Parking
Parking next to the NFSTC building is for employees only. Visitor parking is located to the south of the NFSTC, on the opposite side of the incoming street/driveway (toward the Star Center) across from the NFSTC employee parking area. Parking is free.
Building Access
The buildings at the NFSTC are secured with an electronic swipe card access system. During business hours, ring the NFSTC buzzer at the front (east) entrance of the building located at 7875 114th Avenue North. Access through internal doorways also requires the use of a swipe card or the visitor will be escorted by an NFSTC employee. Visitor access swipe cards may be made available to event/meeting attendees.
Phone Use
If you are attending an event hosted at the NFSTC, please use your cell phone. If you are unable to place a call via cell phone, you may use the phone located on the desk in the Reception area. Local or toll free calls can be placed from this phone. Dial 9 on one of the outside lines before entering the phone number.
To dial an internal extension, pick up the phone and dial the three digit number. A list of extensions is provided on the desk adjacent to the telephone.
Restrooms
There are two restrooms located in the lobby area. One of the restrooms is for the exclusive use of a tenant and is marked accordingly. Please use the other restroom.
Food and Beverages
No food is allowed in the conference/training rooms. Beverages are allowed.

Federal Express Services
Federal Express is scheduled to provide a regular pickup at the NFSTC on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons by 4:00pm. To send a package, you will need to provide your company’s account code or use a credit card for billing. FedEx shipping materials may be supplied, if needed. For pickups on days when the regular pickup is not scheduled or for questions regarding shipping by FedEx, call 1-800-463-3339.
Packages must be ready for pickup by 6:00pm. If shipping is required later than 6:00pm, the package must be taken to one of the local FedEx/Kinko’s locations. (see below) There is a Federal Express drop-off box located in front of the STAR center. (see map)
Printing Services
FedEx/Kinko’s
Printing services are available at the nearby FedEx/Kinko’s. Print jobs can be sent via computer order, dropped off at the FedEx/Kinko’s location or a pickup can be requested. Completed print jobs may be delivered to the NFSTC.
