Note:  Some Excel worksheets contain macros. If you are unable to access drop-down menus, you may need to change your macro security level. To do this:

  • Go to Tools>Macro>Security
  • Set the security level to ‘Medium’ and click OK
  • Close the file

At this level of security, you will be asked whether to enable the macros or not when you open the file. Reopen the file. If this does not work, close the file and restart your computer.
