Customized Training
Flexible, Professional and Full-Service
NFSTC offers flexible, tailored training on a fee-for-service basis. With subject matter experts in most areas of forensics and experienced instructional design professionals on staff, training is customizable on every level. The cost to agencies is based on the customized plan. NFSTC can provide training in disciplines including trace evidence, finger print analysis, crime scene investigation, e-crimes, firearm examination, technology transition to the field and more.
Applied Forensic Techniques for Intelligence Gathering
Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE) training consists of a 40– to 80-hour intensive techniques course to prepare warfighters for intelligence gathering opportunities. Students are trained to use the current SSE kit and return to the field with tools, proficiency and hands-on experience. In addition to techniques, trainees gain skill and practice implementing best practices for identifying, handling and collecting items of evidentiary value. They learn to recognize the intelligence value of evidence as well as basic forensic analysis.
