Making a Difference

"Very professional.... Setting up the audit was very easy and convenient. The staff that came was well trained not only regarding the audit document but NFSTC policies also."

evidence numbers at a crime scene

The first of 12 onsite training sessions will be starting this week for 16 experienced law enforcement professionals enrolled in the Intermediate Crime Scene Investigation program. Now that participants have completed their online coursework, this select group of practitioners will get hands-on practice in latent print processing, specialized documentation of bloodstain patterns and footwear impressions, collection of known tire tread standards, biological screening and more.

To keep up with the trainees’ progress, make sure to Like us on Facebook: www.facebook.com/nfstc and follow us on Twitter: http://twitter.com/#!/@nfstc

The Intermediate Crime Scene Investigation program is funded through a cooperative agreement from the National Institute of Justice (NIJ).
