Assessor/Auditor Application Process

The NFSTC Assessment Program enlists highly qualified and trained assessors capable of providing high quality DNA audits and grant assessments. 

The program comprised of two components, each requiring assessors with varied skills and abilities:

  • External DNA audits
  • Grant Progress Assessments (GPA)

DNA Technical Auditor must:

  • Have successfully completed the FBI DNA Auditor Training Program
  • Remain proficient in the field of DNA testing
  • Have the ability to remain objective and non-bias
  • Always conduct themselves in a professional manner

GPA Assessor must :

  • Have present or previous grant management experience
  • Have the ability to remain objective and non-bias
  • Always conduct themselves in a professional manner

Individuals interested in becoming an assessor in the NFSTC Assessment Program may apply by downloading, filling out and returning ALL of the application documents. 

The documents posted on the first column can only be submitted by mail.

The documents posted on the second column can be submitted electronically.

Upon the receipt and processing of application materials, additional information regarding assessment training and opportunities will be provided to the applicant as part of the Welcome Package.
