Another successful Science Festival in the books

Child at the 2015 St. Petersburg Science Festival learns how to lift a printNFSTC staff and students from the Pinellas Park High School Criminal Justice Academy rolled up their sleeves for the fifth annual St. Petersburg Science Festival. Children were lined up waiting to get inside the “CSI: Largo” tent where they could test out their fingerprinting, chromatography and ALS skills.

The community event is open to the public and was packed again this year with thousands of families bringing their children for a unique education experience. The weather made for a picture perfect day at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg waterfront campus.
